USA Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program – Free Scholarship for Ethiopians

The Fulbright Program for Foreign Students is administered by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. All Foreign Student Program applications are processed by these offices. Generally, the candidate must have M.A. degree (as a minimum requirement), a proven record of research activities and publications, and well-developed English skills. Developed and implemented by IREX and kindly supported by the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the University Administration Support Program (UASP) supports the development of university research management and knowledge transfer capacity through a six-week fellowship in the United States for mid- to senior-level university leaders.
